Delivery of Services
As a digital marketing consultancy, our services are delivered electronically and through consultation. Upon signing an agreement, clients will receive a project timeline outlining service deliverables. Delivery times may vary, and any estimated completion dates will be communicated at the start of the engagement, unless otherwise specified contractually.
Returns
Since our services are digital and customized to each client’s needs, we do not accept returns, unless otherwise specified contractually. However, if you experience any issues with the services provided, please contact us so we can work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their service subscription or engagement with Lead Nectar by providing written notice. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or obligations, will be outlined in the specific service agreement signed at the beginning of the engagement. For ongoing services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, unless otherwise specified contractually, to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
